AN INTRODUCTION

This is the first post to Green Apples, a site dedicated to school funding and finance news stories from around the country. The main thrust of the Web site will be the multitude of school finance lawsuits working their way through state and federal courts as well as their effects on school monies. But I'll also look at other issues that fall under that rather broad umbrella. More later.
